Regional Driver Details

Steady pay you can count on. Earn $1,000–$1,650 per week, depending on fleet and performance, with the top 50% averaging $1,330 weekly thanks to Roehl’s Dynamic Pay Plans™ and performance rewards.
Home weekly, every week. Get home weekly, typically for 48 hours, with routes planned to bring you home with a load—making your schedule more predictable and your time off more relaxed.

Driver Eligibility

Class A drivers with at least four months of recent driving experience
Recent graduates of a CDL school who are inexperienced and want on-the-job training
Candidates who want to be paid while they obtain their CDL in our truck driving job

*Earnings are based on an average of actual Roehl drivers with at least one year of experience. Pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
